About Service Rivercore
Meet the Khon Kaen programming consultancy focused on data pipeline engineering and ETL reliability for product and analytics teams.
Why we exist
Service Rivercore started when warehouse teams around Isan and Bangkok kept calling the same handful of engineers after midnight loads failed. The pattern was familiar: scripts that once worked for a single store now served regional catalogues, holiday calendars, and partial API outages — without matching checks or ownership.
We formed a small consulting practice so those teams could hire deliberate help for data pipeline engineering instead of borrowing someone’s weekend.
How we work
Consulting days mix log archaeology with conversations. We sit with the people who restart jobs, not only the people who designed them. Recommendations stay close to the schedulers and warehouses you already run.
Values that shape engagements:
- Concrete over theatrical — findings name tables, jobs, and deadlines.
- Operators first — a fix that only the original author can run is incomplete.
- Honest sequencing — we say what to defer when the backlog is long.
- Local presence — office hours in Khon Kaen, with travel across Thailand when whiteboarding in person helps.
People
Our consultants are programmers who have owned batch windows for retail, logistics, and subscription products. We do not claim to invent a proprietary methodology; we bring practiced judgment on ETL reliability, schema contracts, and recovery rehearsal.
Relationship with clients
Most work begins with an ETL Reliability Assessment. Some clients return for architecture reviews before a migration; others call only when an incident cluster appears. Either path is fine — we keep notes so returning teams do not re-explain every pipeline from scratch.
