Scope included
- Intake workshop covering job inventory, owners, upstream sources, and business deadlines (usually Bangkok morning cutoffs).
- Review of scheduler history, retry policies, schema contracts, and row-count or checksum checks where they exist.
- Sampling of recent incident tickets and chat threads related to late or partial loads.
- Written assessment with severity ratings and a sequenced remediation plan.
- One handover session with operators to walk through the top recovery paths.
Scope excluded
- Rewriting production jobs end-to-end inside this engagement (available as a follow-on build sprint).
- Licensing or procurement of warehouse vendors.
- 24/7 managed operations unless you separately book Incident Recovery Support.
Provider and process
Delivered by Service Rivercore consultants based in Khon Kaen. Work is remote by default with optional on-site days for whiteboarding and operator shadowing.

- Evidence week — logs, schedules, and sample failure replays.
- Findings draft — shared mid-engagement for factual correction.
- Final report & handover — remediation sequence and runbook templates.
Duration and preparation
Expect two to three weeks calendar time, part-time on your side. Please prepare: scheduler access (read), recent incident notes, and a list of pipelines that must finish before a named business deadline.
Pricing basis
Quoted as a fixed engagement fee after the discovery call. Factors include number of pipelines in scope, log access complexity, and whether on-site days in Thailand are required. See Rates for starting guidance.
