1. Acceptance

3. Services described on this site
Pages describing consultations, rates, and engagement steps are informational. A binding consulting engagement begins only when both parties accept a written statement of work or quote. Prices shown are guidance and may change before a quote is issued.
4. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and materials we create for marketing remain our property unless a statement of work assigns deliverables to you. Assessment reports and runbooks produced under a paid engagement are licensed to the client for internal use as stated in that engagement’s documents.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the contact form, attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content for competing services in a way that harms operations, or submit unlawful or abusive material.
6. No professional warranty beyond the engagement
General articles in Field Notes are educational. They are not a substitute for a scoped assessment of your pipelines. Warranties, if any, for paid work appear only in the applicable statement of work.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Thailand, Service Rivercore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. For paid consulting, liability caps and exclusions are defined in the engagement documents; where silent, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for that engagement.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Thailand have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, subject to any different forum clause in a signed consulting agreement.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
